I was looking at a version of the Bible on my iPad and when I searched for it in my laptop LOGOS library, it isn't there. I am a new user. The libraries are not the same across the devices and I do not understand why.

Due to licensing arrangements, Logos are able to offer access to some Bibles (and other books) for free on mobile but not on desktop. That probably explains what you are seeing.

Could we get updated metadata information on the version of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens? It currently shows that Faithlife published it in 1997. I seem to recall that the company "Faithlife" didn't come about until around 2014. And at any rate, it would be helpful to know what the original version/publisher/date…
I have saved a load of bible passages and saved them as a document, but I cannot now highlight parts of the passages. Is there any way for doing this? Or another approach? When I try to highlight a part of a verse, it wants to do the whole verse, not what I want.
I have transferred all the files from a windows 10 computer to a new windows 11 computer. When launching the application, I get a file access denied error. I added my name to the access as full access, and the error still occurs. Any help would be appreciated. thank you, Craig Spingath
