BUG: Layouts 3 Vertical columns become 3 Horizontal rows

When I go into layouts and select three vertical columns I get three horizontal instead.

All the other layouts seem to be working properly.

Hmmm … I haven't achieved that.

Same 43.0.377.

Oddly, it seems to be a bug with only the one layout that I was working with. Other layouts I tried and it seemed to set them to the three columns. Guess I'll delete the layout and start over and see what happens.
