“New layouts” does not show up on the drop down on my web app. How do I start a new layout on the web app? For example if I open Bible and want to save where I am presently reading how do I save it? Thanks

Web App
I'm not expert with the web app, so I clicked the Help Center icon in the main toolbar and typed the following query:
The first part is certainly true i.e. the web app opens to the last active Layout but the rest of the article about adding layouts to the Dashboard was not accurate.
Perhaps others can help further.

The web app is extremely limited in what it can do. You can't directly save a layout in a web app. The Layouts menu item only allows you to select a pattern…you can't save anything.
Here's the workaround: bookmark the page (Ctrl-D if you are using Chrome, for example). I created a folder for my web app, and in the folder I have a sub-folder called 'Layouts.' I keep all my Ctrl-D saves in it, so if I want to go back to a certain place in certain books I can, assuming I remembered to save it. (Here's a screenshot of my work showing the toolbar folder, the Layouts subfolder, and my saved layouts in it-)

I thought the UBS might be a good start but it only referenced Josephus and didn't give a citation. I noticed in one of my Josephus books, there is a scripture index…

how do i advance the calendar devotional to the next date?
So I have a PB called something like Translation NT, and the file was Translation NT since I was nervous. This time, however, since I think I understand it better, I figured as long as I keep the PB called Translation NT, the file can be whatever, so the file is Translation Aug 25 NT I am not sure if that matters or not.…
