I was reading this article today from Logos, https://www.logos.com/grow/nook-dead-sea-scrolls-modern-bible-impact/ , and it got me thinking… does anyone know a reliable way to find references to Josephus when studying the OT? I thought the UBS might be a good start but it only referenced Josephus and didn't give a citation. I noticed in one of my Josephus books, there is a scripture index which I will make a note to use going forward but does anyone know of any other methods?

On my OT window, in my CitedBy panels, Josephus is a participant. Mostly Mason's volume 3 and critical notes.

The Factbook could be a good place to look. It lists works (all?) of Josephus. One volume listed there, which I happen to have within my Verbum / Logos resources is "The Works of Josephus: New Updated Edition," which purports to contain all his works. The table of contents includes this listing of pre-Christian periods:
