From the Factbook I look up Hezekiah, expand the media section and want to click on the pictures that show the family tree. It won't open but all other media does.
Interesting. For me the family tree doesn't show up at all. Verbum Desktop, German UI:

Family tree is all I have (and works) in FB.. Though the Family Tree TOC is buggy using the arrow keys.

@Morgan I don't see these diagrams included if I open Factbook to "Ahaz (King)" or "Hezekiah (son of Ahaz)". It sounds like other users have a similar experience to mine.
I can open them if I go to Library and open Biblical People Diagram, then navigate in the Table of Contents to Family Tree: Ahaz (king), or to Family Tree: Hezekiah (son of Ahaz).
I can also open them if I open Topic Guide and search for Ahaz or Hezekiah.
I am also going to investigate this issue further.
I can confirm that the current standard for this is for the Media section to display select results rather than exhaustive results. So even users who own the Biblical People Diagrams resource may not see them display in this section.
But of course, it should be possible to open a media item that displays here.
