Layout problems after recent Windows and drivers update

I downloaded the Windows update 2 days ago and immediately had problems (2025-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5063878) (26100.4946). If I open a layout and then try to save the layout, the layout window only displays the following message "loading." None of my layouts appear and the layout window is blank. I also noticed that I can't highlight text in my resources.

I can only comment that the Windows update did not affect my Logos. Did you have the problem only after installing this update? Otherwise you may have to methodically uninstall the other updates until the problem is resolved, or query the Lenovo forum.
