Thanks, Joe. That was of zero help. It would have been much simpler if you had just told me that they are still having trouble with the spell checker (which is what customer support told me).
@Matthew R. Funk I am sorry, Matthew. I replied to you with that advice because the ticket for this issue had been marked as done, and other users had posted that it was fixed for them. I was not aware at that time that further work was still needed to fix this for everyone.
I recommend trying the following workaround, but I cannot guarantee that this will fix the problem:
