What exactly do you mean when you say your library doesn't sync?
And when you say it doesn't load do you mean Logos is not loading or something else?
Which platform are you running Logos on?
I have installed the program on a new computer. When I open the program and sign in I expect my library to downed. It does not load.Only the books that are included with the "free" version are available. When I installed this on a new desktop everything loaded, my laptop did not.

That typically happens when users are using more than one account - and only one has the purchased books associated with them.
Are you sure you are logging in using the same credentials on both your desktop and laptop?
There are multiple accounts for "Edward Bastedo" in our system, and it looks like the one you're using on the forums is not the one with all your books.
Please contact Customer Service to have them find and merge all your accounts.
