This bug has been around for a little while.
When I go and open the Documents window hover over a document I want to duplicate and right click, the duplicate and share options are missing. If I right click the same document a second time, duplicate and share are now options available to me. I have attached a quick screen recording to show the same. Thank you.
For context I should add most of my documents are from the Bible Study Builder.
