More Speed and Quickness

The mobile app works great. The web version is so pokey it’s painful. This app coupled with a hyper focus on switching between the features quickly is worth every dollar. I’m grateful for the web app but I personally cannot do sermon prep on a phone or tablet. My preferred way to write is to have a few sources open at once and to type on one monitor and read and research on another so I need the space to see multiple sources at once and all that so the mobile app is great for looking stuff up, but I need a lot more from the windows web app. I know for sure it’s not just my computer.

What are the specific issues you are seeing with the web app?

And have you explored downloading the desktop app to your computer? That is more functional than either the mobile or web app

I apologize. When I said web app, I meant desktop app…I only have the desktop app installed. It just doesn’t do anything quickly. It’s reliable in that it eventually loads but it will take a long time to populate any list or load any resource. I know this is a first world problem but if I go to look at my library it’s a good 10 to 15 seconds just to load the books themselves let alone the content in them. I don’t know if it’s because books are hundreds of pages but it seems to be the experience whenever I switch sections it is slow to load.

This sounds very strange - for me it's virtually instantanteous.

What is the spec of your computer - particularly interested in how much memory and what type of hard drive you have?
