Proverbs 19:19 begins with a Ketiv/Kere and even though HALOT has the entry BHS 4.2 does not properly link to HALOT. I have attached screenshots
Next is a search of HALOT for Proverbs 19:19
BTW the new update with the entry for parts of speech before glosses is a massive improvement.
