The Logos application on my laptop will not open. When I click the application either nothing happens or it briefly flashes the initiating window and then disappears. I have tried holding control while opening the program to no effect.

If none of the specific suggestions address the issue please follow the instructions in the linked article at the bottom about enabling and submitting logs. If you are able to generate a log please upload it in a comment to this thread.
