Factbook Theology Bug & Missing Data

Today I used Factbook to open the topic of the Lord's Supper. I noticed two issues:

Biblical Doctrine by MacArthur/Mayhue was nowhere to be found under the theologies section
Beeke's Reformed Systematic Theology was found under "—" instead of the reformed section

We have a case to look at "Biblical Doctrine" by MacArthur/Mayhue. For some reason, chapter 8 seems to be missing from the theologies section.
This should be fixed.
