Apparent orphan in loc reference.

Support suggested I ask this here. Hopefully this is the correct forum.

The resource in question is the Expositor’s Bible Commentary, Vol 12: Hebrews through Revelation.

In the last paragraph of the section on Heb 6:6, the Morris states, “(For a good discussion of the various interpretations, see Kent, in loc.).” In loc is highlighted, but only provides a definition of the abbreviation vs the actual referenced resource.

I searched the book for “Kent” and had 4 hits, all w/an in loc tag. The volume does not have a bibliography. Any ideas on how to actually locate the cited resource? Logos says it’s the publisher’s issue and, based on a search for contact info, Zondervan seems to not want anyone to contact them.

It's really difficult to know without a bibliography but I wonder if it's the commentary by Kent Hughes (if so, it seems a strange way to refer to him)

In the place cited In academic writing, "in loc." refers to a Latin term meaning "in the place cited." It is used in footnotes or endnotes to indicate the exact location of a citation within the text. Yes, I’m aware of the meaning. The issue is that it’s apparently never cited, so the in loc tag points to nothing.

Thanks. I also saw that one. Digging around Google, I found The Epistle to the Hebrews : A Commentary by Homer Austin Kent. That’s probably it, but the lack of a valid link in Logos is bothersome, especially considering the cost of the program and resources.

This is the first time in over a decade of use that I’ve had an issue. The Logos support desk told me they also tried Google, before suggesting I try here. Having some background in software engineering, I find their unfamiliarity with their product and complete lack of service unsat.
