I'm using the Logos desktop app on a Lenovo desktop (12 GB Ram, 1 TB SSID) and an HP laptop (16GB Ram, 1 TB SSID) both 64 bit, x64 processor with Windows 10 Home. The software was working great but has begun to "hang" on both machines. I get the blue splash screen that appears then hangs and the software doesn't open up until I restart. I've tried to "end task" in task manager but I end up having to restart every time I want to open the software. I haven't made any changes in the settings. Short of uninstalling and reinstalling, any suggestions?
