What sort of problems are you having?
If you are coming up against the limitation of being able to download no more than 100 resources at a time, you might want to try controlling this from the library in the desktop app (assuming you use Logos on desktop). Guidance on doing this is available here.
Are there particular things you are hoping to do on your iPhone?
Please be aware that some functions do require an active Internet connection and that not all Logos features are available on mobile devices.

First, thank you for responding. I have had 3 programs quick verse bought out by another then word search bought out by LOGOS, I have never figured out logos. I want my resources on my Galaxy S23> i have tried downloading books but when I try at church I get a message no internet available. Over the years I have invested many hundreds of dollars but can not use it. Just want everything on my phone so I can use especially for teaching.
I will add. i now pastor (assistant) at a very poor church so aside from meager social security I have no funds to spend anymore.
i have tried downloading books but when I try at church I get a message no internet available
Is there Internet available in the church building and, if so, is your phone connected to it when you get this message?

What are you trying at church - downloading or something else?
I have tried to open books on my phone at church. Not download. I would loveeeee to be able to access my library from my phone when there.
I have tried to open books on my phone at church. Not download.
Have you downloaded them at home and then tried to access them while at church?
Yes sir several times but my phone keeps asking for an internet connection. I may try it again today after church.
I live 48 minutes from the church so it is a long haul over the mountains. Would not hurt to try it again.
I'm not sure how many resources you have, but given your limited access to internet service, it may benefit you to find a restaurant that offers free wifi, get a cup of coffee, and take some time to download your resources.
You should only have to do this once. Once you've downloaded them, you have access to them offline.
I would take more time to learn the actual logos app on your phone or get a refurbished macbook for $200. I would suggest the latter option as there are more features available offline on the desktop app than mobile. But I use mobile often when away from my laptop. Ai features do not work without the internet. One tactic I use is doing my study and prep when at home and have internet, put all my notes in sermon builder then I have access to this on my phone. If a question comes up that I don't know, the, answer to I say I will look into that write it down for later research. There are still pockets here in oregon with no internet. It can make it frustrating.
Tell me why I have Gold and Max ..? thats it?? If I have to purchase all the good ones why have a subscription.
Is the Logos desktop software available for Linux OS?
I’m wanting to conduct a search for how the prepositional phrase ἐξ ὕδατος (out of water) in John 3.5 is used across the Greek New Testament on an iPad—but not sure how (or even if possible) to go about running such a study. Full disclosure, I recently heard an apologist state that this prepositional phrase is consistently…

I am inquiring about the accuracy of Factbook Tags created by users and wondering if they are approved by scholars or by the academic department at Logos. Specifically, the tag on the pronoun "I" in Daniel 11:1 indicates that the pronoun refers to Daniel. However, I have not found that supported by any study bibles or…
