not sure if my library is complete

I was a previous owner of Verbum 10 and now am a pro subscriber. It feels like there is a lot missing from my library. I just searched for Jesus of Nazareth by Ratzinger and it did not appear in my library. But when I search in the store, it is in the Verbum 5 legacy library which I should own from my prior prior purchase. Can you tell if I am missing content? This has happened to me on other searches as well.

Was your subscription purchase under the same email as your earlier purchases?

Yes. I asked about a second email and they said they had none on file.

You can try using the command update resources in the command box.

(Type it in and then select from the dropdown)

This checks what licences you have and downloads anything that is missing - it might take some time to complete.

Are you stiil running Verbum on the same computer where you had bought and downloaded the earlier legacy libraries?

How long will logos work on my windows 10 desktop after Oct 14, 2025. I have one laptop upgraded to windows 11, but my desktop cannot be upgraded. Will it refuse to work in a few months, or simply stop receiving upgrades.
