Never ending download of BDF Greek Grammar

The book, A Greek Grammar of the New Testament and Other Early Christian Literature (BDF) has now been stuck on downloading for a week. When I try to cancel the download, it then gets stuck on "canceling download." I have tried to hide book and then unhide, but it is still stuck.

Please try this.

Close Logos.
Make sure that File Explorer has the setting enabled to view Hidden Items
Use File Explorer to navigate to Users\"Your User Folder"\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\"Randomly Named Folder"\ResourceManager\Downloaded
Delete all files in Downloaded folder.
Open Logos.

There is nothing in the Downloaded folder to delete.

@Clifford B. Kvidahl , can you follow the instructions in this article? They are similar to what Joe suggested with a few tweaks. Don't worry about whether or not the Downloaded folder is populated—please delete it regardless.

If you continue to have problems see if the file is already in your resources folder (BDF.lbxlls).

Press Window key + R.
Type %localappdata% and press Go.
Open the Logos folder.
Open the Data folder and folder inside.
Open \ResourceManager\Resources
Look for BDF.lbxlls in Resources and delete it if present.
Delete the other folders from here.
Retest.
