View menu in dynamic book view is blank

Hello, I want to change the font size on a book display, but when I click on the view menu it is empty and I can't go to any other menu option as they all disappear. I have to close the book and reopen to go to another menu. Why is my view menu disappearing and messing everything else up?

A screenshot would help us understand "empty". The Aa above is the "Content Zoom" for altering font size. If the panel is wider you get to see the actual controls:

What is your version of Logos (you should see it when starting the app)?

I reset the settings and the menu came back. By empty I mean there is nothing in the menu bar area but a white blank space. No buttons for home, search, view, etc. and no options for changing the view. I am using the latest pre-subscription Logos.

Sorry, but "the latest pre-subscription Logos" is meaningless. You should see something like v45.1 in the banner when you launch Logos, or click About Logos in the top/main menu to see the version on the LHS of the window.
