I'm thinking there are invisible characters like MS Word, because I selected all in a note and changed the font size to 12. Later I hit return in the middle of the note and what I typed was 10 point. I'm thinking this is old technology and the user notes should be rebuilt from the ground up based on Markdown. In smart applications like Obsidian, the same command B or I or BI work to produce bold, italicized, and bold italicized text. And the way (I guess user theme or interface) I have Obsidian set up, with the heirarchy of headers, the headers are in yellow against a black background but that can be changed acc to the theme.
If Logos/Verbum were ever to do that, I'd have a white background with brown headers probably.
