R.C. Sproul's St. Andrew’s Expositional Commentary on Matthew Audiobook is a MESS

The episodes in R.C. Sproul's St. Andrew’s Expositional Commentary on Matthew audiobook are not following the chapters in Matthew in order. The audiobook starts correctly at the beginning of Matthew but goes from Matthew 4 to Matthew 24 and then later comes back to the Matthew 6 and then back to Matthew 25. Episode 44 thanks the listener for listening to the entire commentary which is strange since there are 131 episodes in total. It is like me using an etch-a-sketch after Matthew 4. This issue has been known to Logos since March 2024 via a resource review by Daniel Gill and I reported it to Customer Service in September. The audiobook is unusable as is. @Joe McCune (Faithlife) or @Kyle G. Anderson, would you please help get it fixed?

Is not always the case, but it’s better to stay away from audiobooks sold by Faithlife/Logos or whatever they’re calling themselves these days. No chapter titles o real ToC like Audible or ChristianAudio.

Just an FYI but ChristianAudio is shutting down and if you have any books purchased through them, you have a very limited time to download them.

If I remember correctly, the e-mail said the app would no longer be supported. So you'll want to download them. The nice thing about ChristianAudio, though, is that the books were all DRM-free, so you could download them and use whatever app you wanted to play them.

I use an iOS app called MP3 Audiobook Player; I've used it for several years and like it a lot. I love the speed increments, and that you can vary the speed per book (I hate that you can't do this with the Audible app 😔). It connects to the popular cloud services (I bring my books via Dropbox and OneDrive). According to the app, you can also add books from iTunes, via WiFi, WebDAV, and the Internet. The first link is the free version, which has limitations; I think I remember paying $2.99 to upgrade it. I see the developer now has a pro version for $5.99.
