Yes, the Legacy Fallback License (LFL) is a perk for current Logos 10 owners—you and your friend can read more about it in the Logos Subscription FAQ ↗.

I would like to see subscription plans offered in distinct flavors, similar to how the libraries are curated. For example, a “Pro > Preacher” tier might include the NKJV instead of the ESV. Thank you for considering this.

Thanks for that! It would be interesting if they offered subscription tiers for denominations, although it may add to the complexity of their subscriptions.

It is a bit more complex than that - for Anglican-Catholic-Eastern Orthodox-Lutheran-Oriental Orthodox churches there are:

1 or more versions permitted for liturgy
1 or more versions permitted for liturgy with children only
1 or more versions recommended for study
1 or more versions recommended for faith formation (least common category)
