Several Notebooks contain the same note

I noticed that I have 2 notebooks that contain the same notes:

I didn't create the notebooks "Stunden (2)" and "Stunden (3)". They seem to be system created (in the Mobile App?) and contain identical notes. The notebook "Stunden" is the notebook that I created and regularly use. This notebook contains the same 84 notes of the other two notebooks plus two more.

2 Questions:

Can I delete the notebooks "Stunden (2)" and "Stunden (3)" without losing my notes in the notebook "Stunden"?
How can prevent the autogeneration of notebooks like "Stunden (2)" and "Stunden (3)"?

This seems very strange as, as far as I was aware, a note can only appear in a single notebook.

If you create a note in Stunden (2) does it appear in Stunden (3)?

They seem to be system created (in the Mobile App?)

I haven't come across the system automatically creating notebooks in this way - what mobile app are you using and why do you think it created them?
