I changed from Logos 10 to premium, and since then I can't create a new notebook. I can add notes to existing notebooks but I create a new one.

My iPad with Logos Mobile runs slowly. When I jump to a different Bible book, it takes a minute or so for note icons to appear, even with blazing fast WiFi.
