Black Friday + Subscription

I have a question about the new Black Friday offer (thanks, Logos!). Scrolling down, there is an offer to combine a Library with a Subscription.

Does this combination offer apply to current Subscribers, especially those who already paid 2 years upfront?

There is no extra discount on the subscription that I can see, unless it only applies to those who are not L10 owners.

There is also not a free 30 day trial for everyone.

Deceptive language when it says “A Send Off with Extra Savings”. (you have to read the small print and sometimes it’s not even easy to understand when you read that)

But I guess if they’re removing the discount that L 10 owners get at the end of the month, why not give the L 10 owners discount to non- owners for Black Friday? 😂

Not possible to be fair to everyone. (Company response to double billing). So why try?

I Checked … there is no discount on the subscription being offered to anyone if you take the package deal. Their language is misleading, but the only discount is the 5% on the purchase, which was already there for subscribers. Also it advertises a free trial of subscription, but when it ends up in your cart is going to bill you right away there is no free trial. I tried it logged in as myself, and I tried it logged out like I was a new customer and it did the same thing no free trial so why are they putting that language in there? If there is no free trial why are they saying that there is?

This is not good. Logos knows how to communicate clearly. It's getting old having other decode every announcement.

Sounds interesting but I can't add the subscription to my cart to see what the discount would actually be. It just spins and reloads the page…

Does anything prevent the person from cancelling the subscription and then repurchasing the subscription art 20% discount?
