According to Wikipedia, there are several denominations within the Mormon (Latter Day Saints) movement whereas there is only one Jehovah's Witnesses denomination.
Thanks for noticing this, Francis, I notice they treat others as they treat the Mormons eg. Rastafarians. It also reflects other inconsistencies o.e. belief system - Jehovah's Witnesses, Christian Science; group of people - Mormons; concept - Rastafarians, Doukhobors; denomination - Universalist, Unification Church … I think they are still recovering from completely having lost their way in their analysis of the Factbook data. They have to wipe out traces of personal opinion - whether their own or that of their sources - and stick to neutrally defined (often academic) categories. Their sidebar table of contents is a bit better in its list of denominations. But examples such as these, to me read as lack of respect for the groups involved and for the users who pay for the right to have trustworthy data. It is hard to recommend Logos/Verbum to those with insufficient knowledge to recognize the errors and bias.
The same error is present in the factbook entry for Christadelphians.
😮
Actually, there are splinter groups within the Jehovah's Witnesses as well both under Russell himself and under the Rutherford extension. I believe Wikipedia to be in error. Under Russell think Dawn Bible Students; under Rutherford think The True Faith Jehovah’s Witnesses or Christian Witnesses of Jah
