Interlinear Options Reset on Application Restart

This is not a bug, just unexpected behavior.

Summary: Interlinear Options do not persist after closing and reopening Logos.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open a Bible in Logos.
Uncheck the following Interlinear Options:
- Manuscript
- Morphology
- Strong’s Numbers
- Louw-Nida
Close Logos.
Relaunch Logos.

Expected Behavior: The previously unchecked Interlinear Options should remain unchecked after restarting the application.

Actual Behavior: All Interlinear Options (Manuscript, Morphology, Strong’s Numbers, and Louw-Nida) are automatically re-enabled upon relaunch.

Environment:

Impact: Users must repeatedly disable Interlinear Options after each restart, disrupting workflow and customization preferences.

You must save the layout before restarting. Alternatively, you can get Logos to update the named/saved layout when restarting.
