Hebrew & Greek Keyboards

I have a brand new Microsoft Surface Pro with Snapdragon X 10-core processor running Windows 11 Education system and cannot get the Logos keyboards to work. The generic Greek and Hebrew keyboards work, but their font maps are unfathomable. If I delete those generic keyboards and leave the Logos keyboards installed, the Logost keyboards simply won't show up in the language bar.

With my previous Surface I had no problems. I suspect this has something to do with the ARM processor of my new Surface or something has changed in the Windows 11 system. I have compared all my setting with a colleague who has the Surface Pro 9 (not ARM).

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you talking about these keyboards? https://www.logos.com/product/53264/original-languages-keyboards-for-windows

If so, it's quite possible that they're not compatible with ARM. (I don't think we've tested them with ARM, or even with Windows 11. As that page says, they're unsupported.)

Would using the Keyboard Selector built into Logos work for you? See "Use the Keyboard Selector" at https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360016599611-Hebrew-and-Greek-Input-Options#keyboardselector

Or do you want to be able to use the keyboards in other applications?

Yes, those keyboards. I had never used the keyboard selector before since I used the Windows language bar utility, but it looks like the keyboard selector works. This solves my problem in Logos, but not in Word, so thank you. But I still have the bigger problem of typing in Word.
