I'd like to express a big Thank You to Customer Service! Yesterday, 24th of December, around 7 p.m CET, I received an email for a Logos Gift Card from my wife - but with my dummy account email-address. So I wrote to CS asking to have the money transferred to my regular Logos account. Within less than an hour I got another email saying that my request was fulfilled. I won't take this for granted - that it was possible at all, that it was fast, that it was during Holy Days.
