But when I try to update it, I get a longer list - much longer list …

How could so many references get "lost"? is the concordance works cited list dependent upon my owning them and having them downloaded on my machine?

That's possible. My list (export concordance to spreadsheet file, filter for starting with "Book Id") is shorter than yours:

But it's curious that a larger number of locked resources is identified by title (such as the two editions of DDD for me).
