Resources didn't download with new install

I just did a new install on a laptop. I selected to download the full library during setup, however after the install the app downloaded very little. I have the space. I did not see any download errors. And when i try to open a resource it tells me the resource isn't downloaded.

I am not sure if there is a setting to change, if so i couldn't find it. For now i selected all resources (at least i hope i got them all) in the library and started a download.

Has anyone else ran into this issue on a new install. Should a try to do a reinstall? I want to make sure the app is working properly. I am about to go on a pretty long trip where I will not have internet.

Not ignoring you … just can't imagine a cause for that scenario. Ever download?

Is this what you did i.e. click the Download button after selecting some books?—>

The left sidebar in Library will show you what books remain if you select Devices > Not on this device.

And check that the number of books displayed at top of Library is what you expect.

Yes basically.

I got most downloaded doing this. For some reason there are 2 that just won't download, but not to worries about them right now.

Just seems a bit weird that with the initial install only a handful downloaded.

Very unusual. In your situation I use the Scan command to import a copy of my resources without downloading (I can elaborate if necessary).
