I turned off VPN, disabled bitdefender, i tried Edge, straight chrome, firefox, Brave with blockers turned off. I cleared the cache and everything I can think of. sample screen shot attached from edge

Looks like something blocking the images including the top panel … since all your browsers do it, must be upstream?
YEs whatever it is its blocking the CSS from loading data from the cdn. I wonder if EERO pushed out an update and now thinks logoscdn is suspect. I will post here the final answer. I did rule out logos by thethering to my phone and that bypasses inhouse network stuff like the EERO.

So the eero decided to start blocking the faithlife CDN, i whitelisted them on the EERO (logos.com, verbum.com, fahtlife.com) it seemed to work
Now my logos gets hung on the downloads. The logging file indicates the OAUTH key is the issue and there is a cert that was revoked. Not sure how I am going to fix that.
More info: I decided to uninstall Logos and reinstall it. now the logos.com and verbum.com are back to not loading the CSS content from the CDN. Its very odd that it is confusing my network somehow on reinstall.
Saw the email this AM that logos.com and verbum.com were in fact having some sort of unspecified issues. :)
I haven't had any issues. Have you tried a different Public DNS like Cloudflare?

With no support for Windows 10, does that mean if something goes wrong with Logos 50, I can no longer get support from Logos because of the operating system? How long before there will be no updates sent to those with an operating system less than Windows 11?

Is there a way to print or export to the clipboard the list verses found in a search? I use this a lot in the desktop app and I was surprised to see it missing in the Web app. In the desktop app it is on the panel menu under Print/Export. If this is not available, I hope it will be added soon to the Web app.
I may be missing this discussion somewhere, but does the Study Assistant not include owned books when it searches All Books? I typically have to run the same question under both settings to get a comprehensive answer, of which the answers only partially overlap in information. It's like the Study Assistant doesn't compile…
