When using the Mobile App on my phone or my iPad (iPad is my preferred method of reading aside from a physical book) I have two versions of the KJV bible. There is "The Holy Bible: King James Version" which seems to be the 1611 authorized version, because it has the dedicatory at the very beginning of the bible given by King James. Then there is the "King James Version" which is the Pure Cambridge 1900 version and does not have the dedicatory at the beginning.
When I move to the desktop version of Logos on my computers, I don't seem to have access to the 1611 AV, only the 1900 Cambridge version. Where can I find the 1611 AV to use on the desktop?
I have both on my Desktop App. The two do not show up next to each other as the one is titled "The Holy Bible : King James Version" Rather than just "King James…" So sits apart alphabetically. If it still cannot be found after searching the library you might need to get a hold of tech support.
Hi @Matthew Wyenandt ,
For my scenario : The Holy Bible : King James Version

@Michelle
Logos make a number of resources (around 90 or so) available for free access (not download) on mobile (and web) that are not available without purchasing them on desktop.
I think this is one of those resources.
Oh, no wonder, thank you for the insight, Graham 😊
alright, so I figured it out by accident after putting in a tech support ticket. Tech support said that I couldn’t see LLS:1.0.3 because I hadn’t purchased it. However, I couldn’t search for that resource in the online store and locate it, neither by title nor by resource ID. I made a note in the Bible on my iPad and when I was on my desktop App, I noticed that the anchor reference in the note said “LLS:1.0.3” instead of the KJV like it normally does. I clicked on the anchor reference and it took me to a purchase page that listed a few study bundles that included the Bible. The resource wasn’t available by itself for sale. So I found the least expensive bundle that interested me and purchase it, and voila! I now have that resource on my desktop app as well. Thanks for everyone’s help and suggestions.
