Is the Study Assistant available, or will it be available on iPad?
I should have searched before asking my question. What I really want to know is "Where is the Study Assistant in Logos on my iPad?" I have Pro-Sub.
@James H. Schafer Have you clicked on the hamburger menu on the bottom right? It opens a new panel. Scroll down. For me (Verbum, German UI) it is the 9th entry counting from the bottom upwards.
9th from the bottom in my menu is Reference Scanner, which is under the Tools menu. Under Tools I have no Study Assistant, or under any menu for that matter. My iOS is 15.8.5, maybe that is my problem.
I posted to quickly, I wanted to say "Thanks, for your answer."
My iOS is 15.8.5, maybe that is my problem.
That's probably related to the problem.
What version of the Logos app do you have?
I have 47.2.2
Can you double-check that please? I don't recognise that as a version number
Study Assistant on iPad was introduced in 47.0.0
My Logos version number is 47.2.2. I have Study Assistant on my Desktop, but it is not on my Logos Mobile iPad.
Logos for iPadOS 26.2 has it in the 11th position (on the hamburger menu, under "Tools")
So, I guess the problem is my iPad, which is running iOS 15.8.5. However, it is on my iPhone running iOS 18.7.2. I guess my iPad OS is too old; that's a shame. I can't see well enough to read my iPhone's Logos App.
Hi James. Graham is asking what version of Logos you have on your iPad, not your desktop. The most recent iPad version is somewhere around 47.0.1
To find the version you have, open the Logos app on your iPad and click on the "More" button in the lower right.
Then scroll down and click on "About".
You will then see your version number.
Rick, thank you for your explanation. So, my Logos version on my iPad is 39.0.2. Not sure why it has not updated to 47. What do I need to do? Thanks again for your time and explanation.
OK, mystery solved!! I deleted Logos on my iPad and went to re-install, got the message that Logos requires 17.0 iOS system and I am at 15.0. Guess I'll do without the "new" stuff on my iPad. At my age 92 I'm not buying another iPad. Thanks to all who have assisted in this delima.
You don't need to by a new iPad, if you can upgrade the iPadOS version. Or you can use Study
Assistant in the Logos Web Version. Link is: https://app.logos.com

Hi I have some old school notes that I would like to put in Logos pro they are hand written and it would be nice to have them in the Logos app. I have seen several ways mentioned like Sermon builder, set them up in the notes part to the program and then type them up in word and transfer them into Logos as a book. any…
How do I add a Study Assistant conversation to Favorites? I see that I can add the Study Assistant tool to Favorites, but I haven't figured out how to add a specific conversation to Favorites. When I drag it to Favorites it just adds the tool. I tried to see if I could copy/paste the link in but there's no paste function.…
Can someone from Faithlife/Logos provide an approximate date for the arrival of the 2026 Denominational Libraries?
My computer had to be reset to original settings. Logos was lost. I reloaded from your website, however all of my purchased upgrade's, including my whole library. Please help restore my Logo's account back to it original state before the computer reset. Thanks in advance James Caton, jcfirejax@gmail.com 501-240-4975
This has been happening for some time over at least the last few releases. When choosing "Library" from the main toolbar, the CPU immediately spikes to 100% and stays there until the pane is closed or the app is force-quit. There is an article that mentions it could be related to indexing but the app was just upgraded to…
