How to See all Weeks in Sermon Manager Week Grid

I am new to the Sermon Manager tool. When I first opened it, I could see all the remaining weeks for 2026. I started filling in some sermons, but now I only see the weeks where information has been added. Is there a way to have all the weeks listed with blanks for the fields that have not been added? It's easier to click on the appropriate weeks and fill in the data than to manually add a sermon and select the date each time.

See for example below: The week for Feb 8-14 is missing and then Feb 22-29. Is there a way for these "blank" weeks to be visible even though there is no data (yet!) for those weeks?

I think there must be a setting somewhere, or a filter. I only have sermons made (mostly blank) through June 7th, 2026, yet I can see the date slots through the end of the year, which I think is what you're wanting. But it doesn't look as if there are any filters beyond "Date: This Year."

I would try switching to last year, then back to this year, and see if it resets it.

I find this a problem, just like you do. My workaround is to use a template and place it in each week as a placeholder. You can do the whole year up front if you wish, and then all the dates will show.

Create a template with minimal content that has just your name, or anything else that won't likely change, save it as a template, then use it as the placeholder.

Here's a screenshot of mine. We have a team of teachers in this SS class and I use the templates to keep track of who is teaching, even though they aren't using the Sermon Mangler in their work. I have a template for each teacher that will show their name and the passage they are teaching. (The template shows up as the sermon 'title'.)
