I remember back in the day there was a Verbum Product Manager, but that there may not be one now. Who oversees Verbum/Catholic specific books suggestions and activities these days?
@Don Awalt, As far as who oversees our products, efforts have been consolidated, and the same team that oversees Logos now oversees Verbum.
For your second question, book requests can be made in the forums under the “Product Suggestions” section: https://community.logos.com/categories/all-feedback
I'm not Catholic, but if Logos ever needs anyone else on that team… ;-)
Thanks @Jason S. (Logos) - the reason I ask, is I was hoping to contact you folks to suggest the urgency in getting the update to the Ignatius Catholic Study Bible - as the OT has been added to the NT Study Bible Logos sells now.
I found this post from May of last year where the OT addition was mentioned, so it's been almost a year since it came out.
@Rick Mansfield (Logos) mentioned it here as well. Maybe it's coming soon?
That study bible is one of the most popular in the Catholic world, and it was updated to include the OT. Logos/Verbum just offers the version with the NT. Is there any good news coming?
Thanks Jason!
I "second" that book recommendation. Also @Don Awalt, there are individual OT volumes already available in the Ignatius Study bible. Volumes for Daniel, Exodus, Genesis, Job, and, in one volume, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and Song of Songs. But I agree wholeheartedly the Logos / Verbum should make available the full, newly published complete edition, which covers the entire OT.
@Joseph Valentine I have the book version, and I do find myself getting out of Logos to use it. It would be great to have it all within Logos.
Don, we're meeting with Ignatius Press again today. Nothing to announce yet, but talks are ongoing and positive.
As soon as you are able to @Rick Mansfield (Logos) , can you let us know? This is hopeful news!

I looked at the Lexham Survey of Theology today, and found at its beginning a diagram that looked interesting, but that I found almost impossible to navigate usefully. It popped up in the Media Tool, which I almost never use, so I'm hoping there's a way to zoom in and out in such a diagram that would make it intelligible.…
Will there be Verbum 2026 Libraries? Will there be German 2026 Libraries?
I didn't care for this method for the 2025 libraries and I don't care for it for the 2026. You have to add it to your cart, then go to your cart, and then you can click on it to view the details. Why can't I just click on it and view the details without the extra steps? This is what I want to see. How do I get to here for…
As far as I see, the Carta Understanding series is no longer available in the shop. Is this related to past issues (see here)?
