I was charged for this item today but it is not showing on my mobile devices. Normally the webpage makes a note of this but it doesn’t for this one. When will it ship for mobile devices?

Got an email from CS… due to changes in the system mobile products may take up to 7 days to appear.

There goes the whole same-day release thing they were advertising I guess

On mobile, new books need to be discovered through a process that runs daily, so in most cases you should be able to access a book on your device within a day. We had an issue in early January that delayed the discovery process for a few days, but it was fixed promptly and there shouldn’t be any related issues now. I’ll double-check with CS to make sure they adjust their communications accordingly.
