DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM LOGOS RIGHT NOW

I did and went from Max to Pro. I notice at the top of my cart there was a pro subscription I still have another year Max I paid for two years to begin with. Now I have pro. No explanation I tried calling before they closed of course no answer. Logos is worse than Netflix it seems. smh.

This is very bad, but I really think if you contact them via email, and stay patient they'll revert it for you.

Oh I'm sure they were hoping I wouldn't remember paying for the two years up front I just went back and looked to be sure that I did and sure enough I did.

You're probably right, I went and deleted all the Logos is a scam posts off Facebook but man it's frustrating how shady this company is sometimes.

You're right the issue is that there should not be a need for them to "help" me. For whatever reason they just added a pro subscription to my cart and then basically charged me to downgrade, I thought i was buying a library but I was paying them to do away with my max subscription that i'd already paid for last year when they had the special of "locking in two years at that price."

After years of substantial business, I have had nearly no trouble with Logos—well, a very few minor kerfluffles—which they more than made right and very promptly. In my experience, Logos shines that way. Give 'em a try.
