How to confirm if an email from a Logos email address is a genuine request?

I have received an email that appears to be from a legitimate Logos company email address. It is requesting information about the change of email address on my account as part of their audit process. I am happy to provide the information, but it does seem a little unusual, and I would like to confirm the source of the request before replying and providing the requested details. Can anyone suggest how I can confirm that the staff member and/or Logos email address are genuine and that the request is authentic?

Classic phishing attempt. Do not respond.

If it came from Logos, they should know better than to request personal info in an unsolicited email.

Quite simply - did you change your email address recently? Also, are you familiar with the exact email address from which you received this request?

If the answer for both is no, then ignore it.

If the answer for both is yes, you can safely respond.

If one of the two is yes and the other is no, then try to contact Logos for more information.
