Hi everyone,
I’m posting here because the Spanish-speaking community feels increasingly ignored. Some time ago, after another user raised concerns here in the English forums, we saw some engagement from the Logos team for a few weeks. Unfortunately, they have since gone silent and are completely overlooking the Spanish forum once again.
Beyond the lack of new resources, there are persistent technical issues. For example, the interlinear view in the Text Comparison tool has never worked correctly for Spanish, yet it remains unaddressed.
I have sent emails regarding these issues but haven't received a clear response or follow-up. It is frustrating because:
We haven't seen new Spanish Reverse Interlinears since 2022.
Projects like the Biblia de Jerusalén Latinoamericana remain incomplete.
There is no transparent way to file a complaint or get status updates.
As a user who relies on this software for academic study, the lack of a clear communication line is discouraging. We need to know that the core tools we've paid for are being maintained.
Is there a specific person or department currently overseeing the Spanish market? We just want to know if our feedback is actually being tracked.
Thanks for any help or direction you can provide.
