I get something went wrong try again when doing a search on my iPad. Not sure what version of Logos I have .
Any ideas?
Touch the 'there horizontal lines' to the far right of the bottom tool bar. Select settings and then 'Help' from that menu you can check the version you have installed.
Search seems to be working fine on my iPad. Do you have an example of a search that is failing?
I'm getting this kind of thing regularly for a couple of days now on the desktop (Mac) program.
The first thing I would look into is whether there are any network / Internet issues.
And if the problem persists I recommend starting a new thread - this one is tagged as relating to the mobile app
Thanks, Graham. As it turns out, there is some kind of issue with the network/Internet where I work. At home or elsewhere this program function is working correctly.
If anyone is interested, the solution to my problem was to turn off Private Relay on my MacBook. The private relay was interfering with several programs' ability to get information from the Internet on our work network. The same setting is available in the iPad OS, so I would suggest to the OP that he turn off that feature.
