Licensing

Question

I did an export of my books today and noticed books I bought today the commentary Word Biblical Commentary all of them say temporary licensing.  There are several others that say the same so wondering why when they were purchased.  Can someone please advise.  I sent the same question to customer support but have not heard back.   Wondering if I was to ever end my subscription if I loose access to the books.

That seems very strange but I think the customer support route is going to be most helpful.

Most of us on these forums are fellow-users so have no access to your licence details so couldn’t check this

(There are some Logos personnel who do post here so they may see if and be able to advise)
