I can duplicate this issue using the updated version of the ESV released earlier today.
I have reported it.
It turns out this is by design.
There is a paragraph break in the middle of verse 6. Even with One Verse Per Line enabled, we still respect paragraph breaks because they indicate the translators made an editorial decision to mark off one section from another.
