As of this week, I am having a problem with my desktop version freezing on start-up. Doesn't go past the Logos Opening image.
What platform and version are you running.
I would reboot my system, defrag and start Logos again.
I have had this happen before (often when there's been an update). Since you're using Windows, you can try opening Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL), and closing Logos (right click and click END TASK). There may be multiple instances of it. Then reopen it, and it should open just fine.
Look under Background Processes for the the other instance.
I posted previously about my experience - certain panels fail to wake after my macbook has been asleep. (I haven't had a chance to respond to the further inquiry in the post.)

I use Logos on my desktop, and on my laptop. On my laptop my NIVAC commentary is complete but missing on my desktop. I have updated books, the app is up to day, and the message is the book cannot beloaded. It does load fine online too.
I have Logos Desktop on my Mac and the mobile version on my iPhone. I'd like it to synch progress across devices so when I open either one of those it synchs to the latest read position between the two devices. when i click on the "copy to Microsoft Word" link in the expository sermon prep guide, i get a drop down menu. at this point i click on the Microsoft word choice. Nothing happens. It seems that somehow i must have a setting somewhere that links the 2 applications but i cannot find it
