I posted this bug report two days ago, but it seems to have disappeared.
Study Assistant Your Books shows no results for Collections and Series.
The statement is ambiguous. I see the message "No results" when I select Series, but Collections displays as expected and I get search results.
At a quick test, both Series and Collections return results for me in Study Assistant from the expected resources.
@Dave Hooton , is that what you mean by "search results"?
I see the message "No results" when I select Series
Was this a custom Series that you set in book info? Either an edited series name, or a custom series association?
Oh, I think I found the missing context.
Is this your post, @Jack Caviness ?

Unfortunately, the Study Assistant failure reported in Beta 1 still exists in Beta 2. Collections and Series report no results. I have several dozen collections.https://us.v-cdn.net/6038263/uploads/4RZI71L8UWCA/image.png

@Adam Borries (Logos) Yes, that was my post. I have multiple collections, but SA seems to miss them. By series in Sa, does this means publisher's series? If so, seems there should be something there.
When I click on Collections in SA I see my Collections to choose from to initiate a question. But when I click on Series, I see nothing - and I have many of course:
Does SA have an upper limit on the number of collections it can display? Perhaps I have too many 🙄 I have started to delete a few which are no longer useful due to advances in Logos.
I have 18 collections and they show; but I have a ton of Series, I have 160 just starting with the letter 'A'!!!
By series in Sa, does this means publisher's series?
Yes, publisher series, for example a commentary set, or the IVP "Black" dictionaries. (Custom user-created/user-edited may not be supported in this release, but don't quote me on that.)
Thanks for call this out the possible connection to number of series, we'll look into it.
Mine is also showing no series, and I have 13k+ books… Is this a bug?
@Jack Caviness "Does SA have an upper limit on the number of collections it can display? Perhaps I have too many 🙄 I have started to delete a few which are no longer useful due to advances in Logos."
I deleted a significant number of unused/unwise collections. While I still have quite a few collections, Collections now show in Study Assistant. Guess there is a limit.
@Jack Caviness do you see any Series in that drop down?
@Don Awalt do you see any Series in that drop down?
No, Series still say no results. If we are exceeding the limit on series, that feature will be worthless for anyone with a sizable library.
I hadn't checked the series option before - but I also get no results there.
@Jack Caviness If we are exceeding the limit on series, that feature will be worthless for anyone with a sizable library.
wow I bet I have several thousand series.
According to the Library tool, if I sort by Series, I have hundreds? (or more?) of series, but the SA "Series" option is also showing No Results.
How do we get Logos' attention on this Beta bug?
Hi folks—We're looking into this but so far haven't been able to reproduce internally or identify the issue. Could one (or better, a few) of you restart the app, reproduce the issue, and capture and upload your logs? Thanks!
Hi @Ronny Woods (Faithlife)
I started Logos, opened the Study Assistant, opened the Series option, closed Logos and uploaded logs
Hi @Ronny Woods (Faithlife) I opened Verbum/Mac, clicked the Series dropdown (empty), closed it and clicked the Collections dropdown and verified it had all my 18 collections there (perfect), closed it and reopened Series dropdown (empty), closed it and collected the logs here:

Quit Logos, emptied the Logging folder, restarted Logos and SA. Series showed No Results. Here are the logos.
Hi folks—We believe we have a fix for this that will be in Beta 3. You should be good to go at that point but please let us know if the problem persists.
If you're curious, the problem has to do with certain (non-ASCII) characters in the title of a series or collection. Nothing do do with the number of resources or collections you have (although the more you have, the more likely that you have one with a problematic character).
Thanks so much for your patience, and for helping us to identify the issue and get it fixed!
-Ronny
So, I did not really need to delete all those collections! Oh well, did not need them anyway 🤔 Thanks for the good news of a fix.
