After creating a note on the iPad, I try to add a second anchor and nothing happens. I am unable to add additional anchors to my notes on the iPad.
That's strange - I've just tried it and it worked fine for me (I am running the beta version of 49.0 but I wouldn't expect that to affect this).
Is this a new problem for you?
This is a known bug that has been fixed in version 49.
