NASV9 is missing the verse numbers. NASB95 Paragraph Version has the verse numbers but NASV95 does not.
This sound like there's a "bible text only" filter activated on your bible.
EDIT: see this screenshot (note: you indicated you are using Logos 7 on a Mac, if that's true it will look quite different, if I recall the old Logos correctly, that filter will be found unter the "Visual Filters" menu, under the button with three dots stacked in a triangle-like shape). Take out the reformat filter altogether (blue arrow) or the "bible text" filter (upper green arrow) or re-add the chapter and verse numbers to the filter (lower green arow).
