Logos' Virtual Agent Problems

I haven't received a birthday coupon code, so I engaged a chatbot at Logos.com. It's kind of buggy. I understand that it might not answer tough, nuanced questions, but in several cases, it either terminated the conversation with a suggestion that I email sales or it just stops communicating after telling me it's connecting me with a human. I know the bot is in beta. I wonder if others have had similar issues.

I had to email customer service. The code was showing up on the Logos homepage but wouldn’t work.

When I emailed customer service, they said they passed it along to “the team” and would get back to me. They never have gotten back with me but the code did start working two days later.

Ahh, thanks @Kiyah. I never look at the dashboard and forgot that it might be there. I appreciate it!

The additional problem is that I didn't get the email (which I'm signed up to get) and nearly forgot about the birthday coupon. Also, the main point of my message above is that the chat bot seems to be broken.
