Steps to reproduce :
I'm not seeing this on my Mac (I am running the latest beta of 49.0) although it does take longer to close the About Logos panel than I would expect
Please enable diagnostic logging and upload logs in a reply to this thread after a hang (details on logging are available here)

Sorry @Michelle - I should have made it clear that I didn't expect the fact that I was running version 49 to make any difference in this area (I was just mentioning it for completeness)
I have just checked on Verbum 48 (which will be operating the same as Logos 48) and I have no problems in using the About Verbum option
So please don't expect Logos 49 to fix this for you - if it is important to you it needs to be investigated further.

I tried waiting for around 5 minutes, then it's back to normal, turned out that I just have to be patient.

@Michelle Sorry you are experiencing this issue. If you could please download the Logos Logging Utility via the link towards the bottom of this support article so you can get a sample of the application. Once you have downloaded the logging utility, please follow these steps with Logos running: 1. Open Logos Logging Utility
2. Open About Logos
3. Close About Logos
4. Click the Sample button in the Logos Logging Utility. This will collect a sample of the application and ask you where to save the collected data
5. Please attach the file you saved above here so we can look into this for you
