I have Between Interpretation and Imagination: C. S. Lewis and the Bible, and there's a major problem: there are no footnote/endnotes anywhere. The superscript is present in the text, but there are no footnotes or endnotes ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND. Normally, on hover, I would expect to see them. But scrolling to the end of Chapters, the end of the book, even enabling paginated view with the "show footnotes on page" option does not expose them—there is nothing at all.
This is true on the Android mobile app, the web app in Safari, and in my Logos app on my older Mac. Can't find them anywhere! This is a book that's likely dependent on the footnotes being present…PLEASE HELP. This shouldn't have passed QA & been released.
